All fluid heads and pedestals have a 1-year warranty. Steady warrants that the product supplied will – under proper use – be free from defects in material and workmanship and agrees that it will at its option either repair or replace any defect within the warranty period from the date of first purchase with labor charges excluded.
This warranty does not apply to products that have been abused, misused or used contrary to instructions for use. Repair or misuse by unauthorized parties will void this guarantee. Warranties do not apply to products that are altered or modified in any manner. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the product meets his or her needs. All freight of products to/ from Aoptek must be prepaid. No liability can be accepted for variations.
