1. Defects occurring after the expiration of the warranty period are not covered under warranty.
2. Warranty void if product or part identification labels are removed or altered.
3. Warranty does not apply if the product is misused, abused, subject to unauthorized disassembly/modification, placed in an unsuitable environment, improperly maintained by the customer, or if failure is caused by factors not attributable to AOPTEK. Such determinations will be made at the sole discretion of AOPTEK.
4. Damage beyond repair resulting from natural disasters such as lightning strikes, floods, earthquakes, etc., is not covered by the warranty.
